the Lord speaks

Last night I had a revelation from the Lord on the way home. Its kinda exciting and I hope this promise, which i know applies to one and all, will spur each and every one of us on.

As i boarded the bus and went upstairs to sit, i saw that the windows were heavily fogged up by condensation. I had thoughts that i might miss my stop. (now as i type, i have another revelation, PTL! i'll juz throw it in).

'Don't worry, you can't always see outside. As long as I'm driving and you're on board, you won't get lost.'

I suddenly get a vision of Samuel and Joshua telling me to get off the bus one similar situation, fogged up bus, early hours, cant see a thing, i chuckled to myself as i remembered it to be my first bus ride. this what's juz revealed:

'they can't always tell you your destination, trust Me. Only Me. Not man'

The next thing i knew, i was already a few stops away from home. I thought i had a long way to go.

'See? just like that, your journey will end. In the blink of an eye, it'll be over.'

I look around and see few ppl on board.

'not all the time you will be with company, but I want you to know, there are others riding with you and Me.'

The bus comes to a slow stop at a junction. I look to the right and see shadows dancing about on the foggy window. They were shadows of leaves cast by the headlights of moving cars. they looked different each time they reappeared, each time looking complicated.

'the Devil can take on many forms to get you. But remember, he can't get to you. Because you're on My bus.'

Thank You Lord. Thank You Friend. Thank You Spirit. Thank You Father. My spirit has been lifted. Reader, i hope your's has been too. :)

- -da' UNexpectations...

Some of you may haf heard this b4, but I think it's worth putting it up. A gd parable told by a gd fren of mine.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One day, a man was led by God to approach this boulder, and tells him to push it, no matter what happens. Having much faith in the Lord, he willingly obeyed the call and proceeded to push it with all his might.
Many days passed, and whether it'd be rain or shine, he continued to press on (assuming dat God provided for his needs daily till dat point). So sure enough, he grew tired and weary, and stopped for a moment to get a breather. Sure enough, S. A. Tan came along, seeing dat this man was about to break. He scoffed at him, saying: "doesn't this stink? What's the use of pushing this boulder? You're too weak to do it. Maybe... haiz... the Lord is juz trying to make fun of you, trying to pull your leg. Give it up man!" With dat, the accuser walked off, clearly having dealt a big blow to his spirit.
In his brokenness, he began to cry to God. "You told me to push this boulder, but it ain't moving Lord," he questioned. "Are You simply trying to play me out?!"

Finally, the Lord replied: "My son, my son. I only asked you to push it, I never said it would move!" The man was a little surprised. "You don't need to move it, I Myself will do it."
The man humbled himself, as the Lord continued to minister. "Look at you now, though," he spoke in that still small voice. "Have you not become stronger?"
The man looked at himself, realizing now how lean he had become, and praised the Lord for dat revelation.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Check this: God always has promises for us. However, sometimes the answer isn't in the way we think it will be answered, or fulfilled even according to our own expectations. What God is simply looking for is obedience, regardless of the outcome (which we noe will always be working out for the good of those who love Him). Let's leave our ending's open to the Lord. Let us let Him have His way.
Job never knew God was strengthening him when He took away all dat he possessed, moreover striking him down with boils, and having to face up to three frens who condemned him, thinking in their own human minds dat he has done evil, and God is repaying him for his evil deeds. Yet he was able to say: "God has given, and God has taken. Blessed be the name of the Lord!" His persistence ultimately saw him through to see God's blessing which was twice as much compared to b4!

What is God putting You through dat seems it's never going to turn out? Maybe you're facing heartbreak; you're gettin' tired, like the man in the story; you're falling away from the faith; and it's all because God is leading you into this promise He has given you. The enemy will stir up disbelief in you, but remember, God may juz haf a different plan according to His wisdom and not ours. Ultimately, through it all, our strength will be refined, like how gold's refined through fire.
This story also tells us not to do things in our own strength, but to always seek ye first the kingdom of God it's righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you! If the man, had sought the Lord first, would he haf not understood the purposes of God, and not his, in the first place? It's the reason why many of us find it meaningless to served God, and get tired and drained juz trying to 'please' Him.
"For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts."[Isa 55:9]

Hope this has blessed ya'll.
Peace out & GB.
